Crepes (The Argentinean style)
This crepes, the Argentinean style (hence, the correct way) are gonna tech
you why Argentina it´s such a good country and it´s people so warm and
friendly.
Ingredients
- Milk: 500ml
- Flour: 200gr
- Butter: 50gr
- Eggs: 2
- Salt: A pinch
Instructions
- Put the flour on a bowl.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Add the salt and mix well.
- Put the butter on a pan on low heat and wait until melt.

Put about a ladle of the mix in the pan and move it to spread it evenly.

Cook it for about 1 minute or until you can easily slide a spatula
beneath it and flip it.
- Once flipped, cook for about another 30 seconds.

Remove and repeat it the process with the rest of the mix until you are
out of it.
Done! Enjoy with dulce de leche! Or ham and cheese!
