Tiramisu

This tiramisu will make a man fall for you, or a woman, I don´t judge.

Ingredients

• Vanilla cookies: 2 packages
• Instant coffee: 2 cups
• Mascarpone: 250gr
• Heavy cream: 200gr
• Sugar: 100gr

Instructions

1. Prepare the coffee and leave it aside to get cold.
2. In a bowl, beat the cream until stiff.
3. In another bowl, mix the cream and the sugar until well mix.
4. Mix the cream and the mascarpone with circular movements.
5. Soak the vanillas for about a second on the cold coffee and fill the bottom of a container with them.
6. Put enough mix on top of the cookies to barely cover it.
7. Repeat and intercalate the cookies and the mix until you are happy with the layers (or you are out of ingredients). Make sure the mix is on the top.
8. Let it sit overnight on the fridge.
9. Add grated chocolate on top to finish.
